Façade Design Development
Our façade design services provide unique and pragmatic solutions based on extensive project experiences. The result is distinctively advanced details combined with high engineering content, meeting project performance requirements, aesthetic expectations, and mitigating risk.
We will also consider performance issues beyond air, thermal, condensation and structural such as sound attenuation, constructability, cost optimization, potential construction schedule impacts, and off shore procurement. To supply the best end product, we also collaborate with extruders and other manufacturers in order to consider and apply their product specific knowledge in a project specific way.
Our design development efforts are very often applied on projects where complex architectural geometries, and/or completely new building enclosure systems are being considered. We will pro-actively lead the design process, prepare technical details and illustrations, and when required, present this information to the project team.
